¼ c. cider vinegar,
¼ c. white sugar
¼ c. vegetable oil
1 can of black beans, drained (15 oz.)
1 can shoe peg corn, drained (11 oz.)
6 oz. feta, crumbled
one bunch of green onions sliced thin

Mix vinegar, sugar and oil until sugar dissolves. Add beans, corn, feta and scallions. Serve with salty chips such as tortilla chips.
